RENTALS
At 33 Hawley, A.P.E. has two spaces available to rent for performances, rehearsals, events and gatherings.

THE WORKROOM is a 3800sq/ft flexible event space with a sprung floor and catwalk system for easy access to lighting, sound, and projection capabilities.

   RENTAL RATES*  For Artists / Small Arts Organizations**
  • WEEKEND (Thursday at 4pm - Saturday at 12am): $1250
  • FULL WEEK (Monday-Sunday): $3000 
  • DAY: $500

  • HOURLY
           Individual Artist: $50
           Small Arts Organization: $55-$75
           Larger Arts Organization: $100-$125
           Non-arts Organizations: $125

*additional fees and/or special rates may apply

CAROLE’S DANCE STUDIO is a 1200sq/ft dance studio perfect for rehearsals and classes. The space features a maple, sprung floor under vinyl Marley floor, in-wall ballet barres, and a mirrored wall.

    RENTAL RATES
  • Individual artist: $25/hr
  • Small non-profit: $45/hr
  • Business / Large Non-Profit: $50/hr
